We have been a client of Crime Prevention Services for over 15 years utilising their alarm monitoring and CCTV systems. During this time, I have always found them to be efficient, reliable and easy to deal with.

We had two intruders on our compound who were seen rummaging through the site cabin and we made the decision to deploy our guard to assist the officer on duty. The operator in the 24/7 monitoring centre were our eyes on all sites while the incident was dealt with. The operator also assisted in the commentary on the phone at the time which was so valuable. Due to the stills from the security camera and identification description provided by the site officer, an arrest for aggravated burglary was made. 24/7's Operator & Supervisor showed not only experience in what they do but to us it is like having that extra member of our team.
