The Problem

The college’s current fire, intruder and maintenance processes required significant improvements as the establishment expressed their need to provide the best and most comprehensive levels of protections for staff and student who access the college grounds.

The Solution

Crime Prevention Services provided the education setting with a maximum protection L1 fire alarm system that ensures maximum protection and coverage with detectors in every location that could potentially be at risk of fire. The college also benefits from Crime Prevention Services’ quarterly maintenance testing.

A Grade 2 intruder alarm was installed with the intention of providing the college with a robust defence mechanism. This system also benefits from bi-annual maintenance and testing to ensure the systems reliability.

Our in-house Alarm Receiving Centre will also be providing round the clock monitoring with state of the art technology that allows our highly-trained staff to respond quickly to any potential threats or emergencies on site.

As well as this robust solution, the college will have scheduled maintenance overall that’s provided outside of term time to minimise disruptions to daily college operations.
